In front of an ancient still working water mill is the restored 19th century house OldNoar Maisons de Charme, in Novara di Sicilia, a medieval village that rises between the Nebrodi and Peloritani mountains, just 30 minutes from the sea of Falcone and Marinello .
OldNoar is a detached house located in the historic district of San Michele, which can accommodate up to 5 people and is made up of 4 levels:
-Ground floor, main entrance with anteroom and living room with sofa bed;
- Basement floor, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and secondary entrance that leads directly to the outdoor area equipped for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From this outdoor area you can access the garden where fruit trees are located, a relaxation area with a panoramic view of the Tindari and the Aeolian Islands (in the north) and the Salvatesta and Leone fortresses (in the south);
-First floor, study in front of the first bedroom (double bed / single beds) with window overlooking the garden;
-Second floor, second bedroom with balcony overlooking the garden / sea / mountains, living area and bathroom with shower overlooking the sky.
