Welcome to our stunning villa with swimming pool and large garden close to the white and enchanting beach of the Porto Cesareo Marina (about 1.2km from Lido Tabù), our villa is characterized by a modern style with light and warm colors that make it beautiful and welcoming from morning to evening.
Large and bright rooms, essential and comfortable style, it is the ideal solution for those who want to experience a stay surrounded by greenery just a few steps from the sea.

Composition (all on one level):
The villa consists of a large living room which can be closed thanks to a large sliding door in order to transform it into a bedroom as it is equipped with a double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning; fully equipped modern kitchen/dining room; 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower.
Exterior:
The villa is surrounded by a large garden characterized by a pine forest and other ornamental plants typical of the area. Large areas of lawn make the outdoor area perfect for children too, for moments of cool relaxation or play.
A large gazebo in the center of the garden is equipped with table and chairs, not far away is the swimming pool area with solarium area, 2 external showers and bathroom.

The villa is equipped with an indoor parking area, Wifi, mosquito nets, air conditioning in all bedrooms, American coffee machine, espresso machine, moka, TV, toaster, kettle, juicer, blender, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, hoover. Safe. Beach within walking distance (300m approx.).
Note: the rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, pool towels, Wifi internet and final cleaning. Extras are available on request: midweek cleaning at a cost of 15eur per hour and linen changes at a cost of 20eur per person.
As per regulatory provisions, the tourist tax must be paid upon arrival.
