Positive: Our fairly spacious and air conditioned see-view room with compact and clean bathroom has been fully in line with our expectations. We could safely leave our car in a garden just a few steps away from the house. Our hosts have been extremely friendly and polite, offering many advices without even asking. Despite the lack of our Italian/Sicilian and the Hosts' limited English skills we were communicating flawlessly. A small elevator is available in the building too. There is a bakery next door and you can reach the seaside / beach with 3-5 minutes walking. The lovely breakfast offers great choices and a discovery of local sweet specialities.

Negative: Some parts of the room and the building deserves deep-cleaning / refurbishment with special regards to the backrest pillows hanging on the wall behind our bed.
