Located in front of the beach of Costa Rei, this wonderful villa enjoys a garden of about 800qm full in vegetation typical of the area, two comfortable outdoor spaces equipped with sofas, tables, chairs to fully enjoy your moments of relaxation and fun, bbq, two indoor parking spaces and the right privacy you desire.
The entire house is well cared for, furnished to the smallest detail in true Sardinian style, with fine wood and handmade furniture. The 3 bedrooms consist of:

There are 2 new modern bathrooms, both with walk-in showers and complete sanitary facilities. On arrival you will find a practical welcome-kit with soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
THE KITCHEN is equipped with a cooker, oven, kettle, coffee machine and Lavazza milk frother for superb coffee and cappuccinos.
Pots, plates, glasses and everything needed for cooking is provided.
You won't have to think about anything but relaxing! We will provide you with linens, blankets, towels, oil, salt, pepper and all detergents to keep you clean during your stay.
You will also have a WASHING MACHINE and DISHWASHER at your disposal.
In the living area there is also a state-of-the-art split to cool and heat the room even during the cooler months.
The Smart Tv HD offers Netflix and Youtube service for your relaxing evenings and entertainment for the kids.
You can also stay and work just a few steps from the sea! Imagine taking a dip between meetings, thanks to the fast wi-fi service available free of charge throughout the hotel. Two showers are also available outside, the one with hot water is very popular! We will provide you with sun loungers, parasols, children's toys and if you wish, towels upon request.
