You will be in the countryside, alone, but not isolated and at a few kilometers from the beaches. The Maiella Mountain, with its wonderful national park, is 40 kilometers away. The house with its one meter thick walls retains a natural freshness in its vast interiors, a few degrees lower outside in the summer. There is a private internal garden that with its roof which allows you to linger and have meals outdoors even in case of rain, equipped with a comfortable sink with hot and cold water and a barbecue. The house is located next to the historic church of San Rocco, not used for worship, and is in a panoramic place, close to the wonderful Valle del Moro. There are no bars or other places in its vicinity that could be a source of disturbance. The atmosphere is quiet and restful. In the village there are discreet, respectful and friendly people and there are traditional restaurants that cook dishes such as "pizze e fuoje, pallotte cacie and ove, maccherune alla guitarre" with a tasty ragù, grilled lamb: you will feel the ancient flavors of Abruzzo cuisine. Close to the beaches of San Vito, just 5 minutes from the house, you will also find cheap restaurants serving good meals (5 euros), allowing you to return immediately to enjoy the sun.
