Please note, snow chains and tyres are needed to drive to the resort in the winter months, the free ski shuttle runs every 15 minutes, all requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property, check-in at our property is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm are possible only on fridays and saturdays, with an additional charge of €30 per room/mobile home/pitch, access between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm must be agreed upon within two days of arrival and payment must be made prior to arrival, arrivals after 10:00 pm will not be permitted.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
