Positive: Very enjoyable stay! The hosts downstairs were very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this place. Everything was perfect, the apartment with balcony itself and the location, close to a supermarket and to several restaurants/cafes as well. It was also walking distance to the lake as well. I was really truly impressed!
