To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be charged the following extra costs:

Casa Manuela is a wonderful villa located in Gardone Riviera in a quiet residence, which is 5 minutes walk from the Vittoriale degli Italiani, 2 minutes walk from the Botanical Garden - Andrè Heller and 5 minutes walk from the magnificent lakeside, where you can find restaurants, bars, shops and all the necessities, forgetting the traffic, facilitating walking, taking advantage of our bike rental service andbike or boat service that allows you to reach all the villages of the lake easily.

The house, being located in a strategic point allows our customers to live the holidays forgetting the car, as any type of attraction is within walking distance, in fact you can also reach beaches.

The Villa, which enjoys an enchanting lake view, is composed as follows: entrance into a large living room with sofa from which you can access the equipped outdoor garden, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, climbing the stairs 3 double bedrooms and on room with 2 singles beds, one bathroom with showe one with bath and on small with WC and wasing sink. Going up to the second floor living room and access to the terrace with wonderful lake view.
Covered parking space is available inside the property.

The charming apartment is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation. The accommodation is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.

By car From Motorway A35 Brebemi: at the exit of the highway A35 Brebemi continue towards Brescia, then taking the southern ring road of the city, direction Brescia. Follow the signs to Lake Garda and went up until you take the state road SS45 bis gardesana Occidentale direction went up and Riva del Garda till Gardone Riviera.
