Our estate is located in the middle of the nature reserve Monte San Bartolo, a green hilly area in the North of the Marche, with the sea and two beautiful beaches a stone's throw away. The country house consists of 3 apartments and is located in a large private park and forest of three hectares, where you can fully relax and enjoy nature. On the estate you can sometimes see deer, wild boars, foxes, pheasants, owls, etc.
In the park there is a large swimming pool (infinity pool) with natural cleaning by salt hydrolysis, so chlorine free, with a fantastic panoramic view of the castle of Gradara. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of herbs and flowers and completely fenced. Everyone can find their own place in the park to quietly read a book or drink a glass of wine together. There is enough space for the children to play on the beautiful large lawns.
All guests can also enjoy the products of our vegetable garden.
