Positive: Location, space and comfort. Good lifts. Secure car parking. Phone contact was very helpful.

Negative: Cleaning was generally good but cooker was oily from last use and there was a lack of cleaning materials, drying cloths and a very limited supply of toilet paper. More explicit advice on how remote unlocking of doors and gates works would have been helpful.

Summary: A perfect base for visiting Rome with a car.
