Positive: Very recently renovated to a high standard, with high end fixtures and fittings, the location was superb, peaceful, quiet, and great views. Breakfast was served by the pool, with a great choice of different dishes

Summary: A great base for visiting this less touristy part of Italy, very handy for visiting Monte Cassino, Gaeta, and the coast.
