Strategically located in the “heel of Italy”, is just 9 kms far from Santa Maria di Leuca, where the Ionian sea, with its low and regular coasts, meets the Adriatic sea with its high and rugged coasts, offering a breathtaking view. The nearest golden beaches instead are just 2,5 kms far away, in Torre Vado, and stretches for 10 km hading North towards Gallipoli.
All the indoor details of the villa have been carefully thought and designed in order to create a comfortable and lovely atmosphere. Starry vault in limestone and colourfull walls give armony to the environment whereas the glass windows, they create a continuum with the outdoor patio. That patio, both cozy and functional, it has a lovely area equipped with concrete couch and comfortably chairs in order to enjoy pleasant lunches and/or dinners inside the frame of Dimora Daluma.
All around, the huge green area (200 sq m) around the house, but also the solarium one by the pool, perfectly melt by displaying an harmonious atmosphere of natural colours. The red of the earth and the green of the olive trees around, they give you a wonderful picture of the real Salento countryside.
The infinity pool (40 sq m) is deep 1,30m and with its last generation touch pool coating (silky feeling) and its peculiar colour elegance it helps creating a little oasis with sunbeds and white stones.
A new element has been added near the pool: a refreshing shadow area well equipped with seats and outdoor sofa in order to better guests experience there. Relax, tasteful aperitifs and many other moments could be really enjoyed here.
Very suggestive is also the little "liama" (belonging to the early nineteenth century), in which we find another elegant bathroom with shower, climatized, which serves the pool and the little heated tub made in stone placed in one of its corner. The apex of relaxation is reached here, with a shower in limestone, a concrete barbecue and a well equipped laundry area.
Inside, the house has a many body with the living area and two branches with bedrooms and bathrooms. On the right of the living area indeed, we have two double bedrooms and one bathroom (with shower) whereas in front of it, another bedroom with bathroom with shower.
