The house is 500 m from the Cala Sinzias beach in the municipality of Castiadas. The interior, very bright, is composed of: a large living room with kitchen furnished with good taste and simplicity in white and blue colors; a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe; a bedroom with a bunk bed (+ a third bed) and wardrobe; a bathroom with shower.
The environment is comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including the electric water heater, two air conditioners, the washing machine, the television connected to the satellite dish, a small stereo system, linen, dishes, an electric oven and one microwave, ...).

Outside are available: a hot / cold water shower; a brick barbecue with large work surface and sink.
A large window connects the living room with the patio equipped with a table, chairs and two chaise longues. The house has a large well-kept independent garden with lawn. Overlooking the garden, an uncovered parking space is available in the rear.

The village is very quiet and in a few minutes by car you can reach Villasimius or Costa Rei "meeting points" of evening and night life. Restaurants, pizzerias, markets and services (banks, shops, tobacconists, restaurants, newsagents, church, ...) are all reachable in a few minutes by car.
All the nearby beaches are equipped with characteristic bar / restaurant kiosks that offer all the services for the rental of umbrellas, deckchairs, pedal boats, canoes and rafts.
During the peak season you can enjoy the full ferment of the whole area but in the periods of May-June or September-October you will certainly enjoy the mild climate and relaxation of the beautiful almost deserted beaches.
The whole area is part of a vast natural area of considerable environmental interest for the variety and diffusion of plant species, where the natural woodland plants of holm oaks, corks, strawberry trees, myrtle and junipers are replaced by an imposing expanse of Mediterranean scrub with all the shades of color from yellow to green broom, euphorbia, mastic, phyllirea, prickly pears, ... The part of the shoreline, which winds for a few kilometers, consists of an imposing and continuous cliff made extremely suggestive by the eroded rocks modulated by the sea, sometimes interrupted by beautiful coves, some with a sandy bottom, which are real natural pools.
Interesting from a naturalistic point of view is the panorama that can be enjoyed from the mainland from which you can see the promontories of Capo Ferrato, Villasimius, the Island of Serpentara and from the sea for the suggestive cliff and the enchanting bay of Cala Pira. The Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara is also very suggestive, a few kilometers further south, where you can make unforgettable excursions on the shallows of granite rocks rich in marine life.
