Summary: Large old apartment, in decent overall condition. One bathroom was a tight squeeze and had evidence of some mold. The street is very noisy at night, with people partying, yelling, dogs barking, vehicles honking, etc., so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, like me. A reasonably short walk to the more interesting restaurants and shops.
