Positive: Such good value for money one train ride or a bus journey from the centre of Florence. Very quiet and slept well. WiFi good. Staff all very friendly. Great shower.

Negative: The plates and cutlery in the part of the kitchen you could use yourself were all plastic; it would’ve been good to have normal crockery to eat with
