Positive: Beautiful exteriors excellent location, wry friendly staff, great breakfast. Staff arranged water taxi transfer which was brilliant but extortionately expensive.

Negative: Very noisy - the central location meant external noise was to be expected on the ground floor, but the walls were so thin that the TVs in the other rooms were very loud and kept us awake.

Summary: Lovely property and helpful staff - just be aware of the noise.
