Positive: the house is lovely, interieur close to design, very pleasant and airy and cool during the heat of the summer. there is also a tiny bit of a garden with a tiny table to enjoy coffee or wine. we came by train from rome to manziana and were lucky to catch the navetta bus which stops on the corner, otherwise it is a bit of a walk to/from the station (15 mins not super slow tempo, trains once in an hour). we never saw the owners but the communication was smooth and effective, more business-like than cordial but all went well. if we were back in the area, i wouldn't hesitat to come back., especially if by bike or car.
