Positive: Good localization - the subway and the bus are really close. There are quite a few pizzerias and gelato and coffee shops. There's also a supermarket nearby. We walked in the vicinity even after dark and didn't come across any issues. The apartment is big and comfy. The terrace was an huge plus - you could go out there during evenings (there's an outdoor light). The turtles - absolutely cute. The Cat considered them TV, so he was also very relaxed =) We really appreciated that it was adapted to pets - the stove had a lid, the terrace and windows had screens, so they could stay open without being scared the animal will escape - though, you have to note that the balcony screen was magnetic and could fall down if the cat pushed it and the holes in the grate behind could allow a cat to go out, so we supervised that one and closed it when we left. The bathroom was pretty small, the bathtub also tiny - it was more of a shower than a place for taking long baths. It was enough for everyday hygiene. We took a strong fan with us - it helped a ton with the heat. As in the description in the listing, there's no AC. The owners helped us find secure underground parking nearby (obviously you had to pay for the parking). The owners were friendly and helpful (we had an issue from our fault and they went out of their way to resolve it). Very easy to get in contact with. We would definitely come stay here again =)
