The garden have both a shady area with secular trees and a sunny south facing garden where is located the 12x6 pool (completely private use open from 1 April to 31 October). 10 km from Florence, 7 km from Bagno a Ripoli and 1 km from San Donato in Collina (bus stop to Florence, food open Sunday too, bars, chemist, soccer court). Horse riding 2 km away. Golf course 15 km. At guests disposal is a large fenced garden, panoramic terrace with gazebo and garden furniture, private 6X12 swimming pool with night lights, soccer court, basket, ping pong, barbecue.
