Elegant complex in newly built farmhouse style, with two separate rooms each of 64 square meters, with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and accessories, with a large patio that divides the two rooms, surrounded by a large garden. The property belongs to our children and we rent it in periods when it is not occupied by them or by friends and relatives. The Patio and a perimeter pergola in wood, decorated with roses and jasmine, offer a large and shaded outdoor area of pleasant livability. The entire surface is covered by a huge terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view. The complex has two shaded parking lots. The whole is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden, where centenary olive trees, cherry trees, flowers and aromatic plants dominate. The garden leads to the infinity pool covered in Bisazza mosaic, 14 x 6 meters, located in the middle of monumental olive trees and surrounded by meadows and flowering plants. From the complex we rent, there is access to the swimming pool and to the other garden, in the center of which the owners' villa is located. The complex is located in the middle of the splendid countryside overlooking an area of sinkholes called 'Vignola lakes', in the municipality of Conversano. The property includes two hectares of land, with ancient olive trees, cherry trees and other fruit trees, which can be accessed directly from the garden.
