Nestled in the hills of the spectacular nature reserve of L'Esterel, our contemporary modern villa sits above the stunning bay of Figueirette and its beaches and is located in a quiet and private domaine.
Just 6 miles (20mins) from Cannes, and en route to St Tropez, its a truly lovely peaceful spot and just a short drive away from a host of exciting escapes and visits the region has to offer.
Modern and stylish Villa designed with indoor / outdoor living space in mind. Large open plan fully equipped kitchen /dinning and sitting room with dining outdoor terrace with bbq also. Full wifi and air conditioning /underfloor heating throughout. Large comfy sofa and outdoor seating for guests.2 X Smart TV's - Netflix also available. The amenities boast 4 separate toilets on 3 floors, 2 bathrooms of which one has a large bath, twin sinks toilet and separate shower, with second bathroom boasting toilet, sink & shower. 3 double bedrooms including a king size that can be turned into twin beds, 2 X queen beds and a twin bunkbed room ideal for kids. Toys in the garden include a large trampoline & table tennis and various large games on request including large chess board & Connect 4.
The Villa is twinned and shares garden, common terraces and a pool with its sister villa which we live in. We are very discreet and we do ensure that guests get exclusive use of pool and garden during their stay.
The Villa is South facing with sunshine all day long with no overview of garden and pool and beautiful views of the sea and Esterel Hills & forest. We offer ample off road parking for 2 vehicles. The Villa backs onto the Esterel National Park which is famous for walking and mountain biking. The Villa is secure and secluded while being a short drive away from many of the Riviera’s attractions and a mere 3 minute drive to the beach. An ideal home and destination for a family vacation.
