If you are not familiar with this part of the North Shore, Anini Beach is a long stretch of sandy beach that is reef protected and great for kids, Kalihiwai Bay is a 10 minute walk from the house to Kalihiwai river access where you can wade or paddle board to the bay. Kalihiwai river is excellent for paddling up river to the falls. Come enjoy the less crowded, beautiful beaches in Kilauea.
Venture up the private drive and discover Hale 'O Lalani, situated on 1.7 acres atop a bluff overlooking Anini beach and Kalihiwai Bay providing incredible views to the blue Pacific and the lush green Kalihiwai Valley. The home boasts 2400 sq. ft of living space with views from almost every room in the home. The primary suite has newly installed A/C and is located on one side of the house and has ocean views from bed and bath. On the other side of the home is a media room with apple tv, a queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom that share a full bathroom. All of the bedrooms feature premium bedding and pillows. There is a great flow to the house with a large great room with views off both sides of the house. Large, fully stocked kitchen for home cooked meals. Formal dining area opens out to the back lanai with a Weber gas grill and expansive private yard. On the lower level is a workspace with printer and high speed internet, a secondary living area with tv, queen bed, and 3rd bathroom. From the lower lanai it’s just a few steps to the inviting pool.
Located in Kilauea on the North Shore of Kauai a 5 min drive to Kilauea town, 10 min to Princeville, 15 min to Hanalei. Walking distance to Kalihiwai Bay and short drive to Anini Beach.
