Positive: This is right in the middle of an ancient Italian village (935AD) you cannot beat this to experience the true culture of Italy. Also, there are two homes attached - all bedrooms have private baths, 2 kitchens, shared pool, and the views cannot be beat. Perfect when traveling with groups. The only thing we did not like was the extra bed needed in the room; it was uncomfortable - but still WORTH IT. We will be traveling there again! Georgia and Gianmarie were wonderful hosts!

Negative: The ad did state there is a washing machine, and there is, it is located attached and through another guest's bedroom. If you need laundry done, make sure you are specific in requesting the bedroom that is attached to the washing machine. For us, the sink worked fine - they provided a drying rack!
