Summary: Beautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700s
