The residence, after a major renovation, has been enriched with refined details and precious furnishings that have increased its comfort and charm. The style is elegant, sober and refined, embellished with soft colors that bring out even more the wonderful brightness.
This villa has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, can accommodate up to 13 people, and is structured, with its 600 square meters, on three levels: the living area, on the ground floor, is particularly luxurious and welcoming with polished Roman travertine and the extraordinary living room that overlooks the private garden and a large veranda furnished with an elegant and comfortable rattan lounge and a large table where you can have breakfast and dinner while enjoying a spectacular lake view. Guests can relax on the white leather Chesterfield sofas, which surround the green alps marble fireplace, enjoy a drink from the elegant vintage black leather bar cabinet, challenge each other to a game of chess on the old game table, or lie back in the comfortable living room. The hall is enriched by an old Austrian grand piano, fully restored and in working order.
A corridor leads to the stainless steel kitchen equipped with professional tools, which also has a large window overlooking the park. Continuing on, you come to a relaxing environment, with television and sofa, which if necessary can be transformed into the sixth bedroom with a double bed. This room overlooks the bersau with a transparent glass roof, equipped with table and barbecue, where you can grill meat or fish, having lunch near the swimming pool. On the ground floor you will also find the massage area and a convenient laundry.
In the sleeping area, accessed via an impressive wooden staircase, the five bedrooms are all furnished while maintaining high standards of quality and comfort.
