Positive: I enjoyed my stay - the host is really helpful, the room and bathroom are both bright and clean. The location is a bit far from the center, 25 minutes on foot, but overall ok

Negative: As I'm not Italian I can't consider breakfast as a good one - all sweet, nothing protein related, only carbs. If you are also eastern European - just take it into account.
