These two terraces, oriented West/South-West, are separated by a small gate and can therefore be combined as needed. On the lower level, the two other apartments, also twin and independent, each have a covered outdoor space. Here the entrance is at the back of the villa and opens onto a living room (equipped kitchen area, table, chairs and various pieces of furniture). From the living room, a corridor leads to the other rooms: bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Each of the 4 apartments thus has 6 beds: 3 of them have 6 beddings in the bedrooms and one on the upper floor, 4 beddings in the bedrooms and 2 in the living room. This villa allows a comfortable stay for a maximum of 24 people. The infinity pool is suitable for all swimmers, thanks to its small pool for children with aluminium handrail, a beautiful shallow relaxation area for adults, with a second handrail, then a deep part for swimming and even a springboard for diving. The pool area is completed by a large gazebo, equipped with low tables and chairs and a solarium with various deckchairs. Within the property (precisely between the 2 flat blocks) lives the couple of very discreet caretakers, responsible for ensuring the perfect water quality in the pool and the maintenance of the garden. The villa is located on a small hill, about 1.5 km from one of the most beautiful coastlines in the heel of the Italian Boot. The long fine sandy beach of Torre San Giovanni, like all the beaches in the region, has both free access areas and beach clubs (lidi, the best known of which are Cololoco, Fontanelle, Bora Bora, La Pineta…). Other beautiful beaches are quickly accessible further south on the Ionian Coast: Lido Marini, Torre Pali, Pescoluse (the famous Maldives of Salento). If you prefer rocky shores, the north of Torre San Giovanni offers low cliffs (Capilungo, Torre Suda, Mancaversa), up to other magnificent beaches south of Gallipoli. You can also go and discover pretty villages in the countryside, including Ugento (castle and archaeological museum), Specchia (for its castle too and its amazing view over the surrounding meadows). Lecce is about 1 hour by car, and needless to say, it is absolutely worth the trip.
