This superb eight bedroom AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL, 7 bathroom property to include new master suite plus two further large suites, is bright, bold and indulgent and perfectly positioned on one of Fasano's hills overlooking the deep Blue Adriatic sea, within walking distance of local shop and restaurant. Larger shops and restaurants within 10 mins in car. Three of Puglia’s most talked about towns and the sea are only a short drive away.
Whether you are here to sight-see, simply chill out with family and friends or celebrate a special occasion together, you will find that Villa Silvana ticks all these boxes and many more.
From a broad, shaded terrace under the villa’s impressive arches, you will find a large marble mosaic table for large groups of guests (seats 20) to enjoying al fresco dining together, floor to ceiling French doors lead through into a large well equipped family style kitchen-diner. If you would prefer to be catered for our very popular chef will be delighted to prepare you a meal or 2!
Meanwhile the large family style lounge is effortlessly stylish yet invitingly cosy with comfortable sofas and lamps. A large wood burning stove plus central heating makes this property popular for off season bookings. Following a refurb winter 2018 we are now pleased to offer more & improved accommodation. Villa Silvana’s eight bedrooms are spread on either side of the main living areas. Each one is individually styled with a particular colour theme. There are; 3 x master suites, 2 further en-suite bedrooms, 3 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for these. In total 8 bedrooms 7 bathrooms Four adjacent bath/shower rooms, fitted to the highest specification.
All rooms/apartments have terraces with panoramic views across the vineyards and olive groves down to the cobalt blue sea.
The beautiful large villa has been Constructed from “Tufi”stone so characteristic of the area, its elegance and charm are instantly engaging and guests can’t help but relax into the gentler pace of life here, the property is set within pretty, wild natural gardens brimming with shrubs and cacti, olive and palm trees. There are large dining areas on all terraces of the villa for independence and privacy if desired, with beautiful handcrafted marble mosaic tables, underneath traditional wooden styled pagodas. we even have our own roof-top bar for the best cocktail view ever
There is a winding stone pathway leads you down the terraces to the delightful 14m pool with its stylish sun loungers, bamboo parasols and uninterrupted sea views.
