Positive: Liebes Somvita-Team, Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei euch! Besonders Veronika im Restaurant-Team ist uns immer positiv aufgefallen. Wir hoffen Sie erfährt, dass sie einen wirklich klasse Job macht! Aber das Team insgesamt war immer bemüht. Das Zimmer war zwar noch im nicht-modernisierten Teil aber durch die Nordlage einigermaßen kühl und ruhig. Die Duschkabine ließ sich zwar nicht mehr ganz bündig schließen, aber das war kein großes Problem für uns. Was uns etwas eher störte waren die sehr spärlichen Aufhänge- und Trocknungsmöglichkeiten für Handtücher, Badesachen etc. Alles in allem ist euer Hotel ein schönes Hotel und ihr Team wirklich zuvorkommend. Ein paar Modernisierungen und es ist perfekt.

Negative: Das Wasser, das in der Kaffeemaschine stand führe dazu, dass wir diese nicht benutzten, da wir nicht wussten wie lange dies dort schon stand und es scheinbar über all die Tage auch nicht geleert wurde. Beim Thema Getränke ging leider auch das Teewasser beim Ruheraum oben nicht, was für uns wirklich schade war. Und eine Sache war gleich bei Anreise echt ärgerlich: Wir hatten vorab extra nach der Garage mit den besten Einfahrmöglichkeiten für breite (2,14m) und lange (5m) Fahrzeuge gefragt und vor Ort wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass unser Haus nur die Tiefgarage mit der engen kurvigen Abfahrt zugeteilt hätte. Dies führte sowohl beim Ein- wie Ausfahren zu viel Adrenalin und gestressten Gemütern. Hier würde ich Sie wirklich bitten nachzubessern, da die Fahrzeuge immer breiter werden und ich mir die andere Einfahrt auch angesehen habe - die besser, aber ebenfalls recht schmal ist. Was leider wie an jedem Pool auch hier der Fall war, war dass offensichtlich reservierte Liegen über Stunden nicht geräumt wurden.
