Our energy efficiency flat, remains pleasantly cool also in summer. On request (1 day before): free transport (morning/ evening) with our mini van (max. 8 people) from our house to the beaches in Lerici. The apartment offers a big living area with fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms - enough space for two families or groups. From the apartment you can enjoy an amazing view over the Gulf of La Spezia and in the evening you may enjoy beautiful sunsets. The terrace has BBQ, big table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers. 'La Rocchetta' is located in a quiet area, in a natural park. The beaches of Lerici and San Terenzo are 4,5 km close. In highseason there are daily boat transfers from Lerici to the Cinque Terre and Portovenere.
Shops and bars you will find also in the village of La Serra (1.5 km or 15 minutes on walking by foot). At 1,5 km there is a busstop with free parking for Lerici. For those who loves to explore the surroundings by foot (or mountain bike) a signed path start directly from our house.
