Positive: Communication was good and responsive. The apartment was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances but would benefit from additional utensils if you were planning on preparing food at the apartment.

Negative: The apartment could do with some additional items for guests, such as tea towels, coffee pods or ground coffee (the pods that were there didn't fit the machine and the mocka pot was missing the internal bucket), and laundry detergent. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower is quite weak, but I'm unsure if anything can be done about that.
