Positive: Clean comfortable bed.

Negative: This apartment was not luxury! The washer, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster were all shared. Mismatched chipped crockery and glasses. The hob was on low all the time and this was immediately above the fridge. The bath panel was loose and flapped about. The apartment building was located up about 30 outdoor steps.

Summary: Very disappointing. We did not get the room that we had booked.
