Located on the second floor of a historic building in the city center of Venice, one hundred meters from the Rialto Bridge and three hundred meters from Piazza San Marco. The house consists of a large entrance corridor , lounge and dining room with new elegant golden suede sofas of Venetian manufacture and glass dining table with Italian design wooden chairs; two double bedrooms, one with private bathroom with shower, a second bathroom with tub of elegant faucets. The small kitchen located next to the access corridor to the living room is complete with electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, American coffee machine. Furthermore, the kitchen leads to an equipped wardrobe room, where you can comfortably store luggage and clothes.
The structure is equipped with AC for limited use in respect of the environment.
