On the ground floor, all rooms have access to the terraces. A large living room including a dining room, a TV area (flat screen, home cinema) with its two sofas and a lounge area.
A separate, spacious kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, 4 gas rings, fridge, oven, microwave. A laundry room with new washing machine and dryer completes this set. Wc and independent hand basin.
A master bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide) with its adjoining bathroom including spa bath, Italian shower and double sink.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140 cm wide bed) each have an adjoining full shower room. 2 other bedrooms (one furnished with a 140 cm wide bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds) share a full bathroom.
