ANTIBES AND JUAN LES PINS AN IDEAL PLACE TO ENJOY FULL LEISURE ON THE COTE D'AZUR, TWO STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH
Close to Nice and Cannes, close to Antibes, in the center of Juan les Pins, this studio ideally placed to enjoy the local festivities and the sea, has been completely renovated and equipped in summer 2017 to receive a couple and a child in good conditions. This is the first year that I rent it in season.
It is located in a building of the 1990s (thermal and sound insulation), on the 3rd floor, 300m from the beaches, near the train station, shops, the congress center, and all the festive places of Antibes Juan Les Pins.
The period of July August is that of the 58th edition of the Juan Les Pins Antibes Jazz Festival and the summer rendezvous of art lovers such as the pyrotechnic festival. This dense period of festivities Antibes Juan Les Pins attracts many tourists for the quality of beaches but also for boat trips around the Lerins Islands excursions in the hinterland etc .. The total renovation was guided by the theme of cinema and the place very bright with three windows is very nice and very bright.
The equipment is new

This is a very nice studio, ideal for a couple and a child or for retirees who need to be in the center and close to shops and businesses and the heart of the festivities to enjoy the maximum without the need to use the car.
