Negative: The initial welcome felt cold and transactional, setting the tone for the duration of our stay. During the stay, there was no contact with any staff - completely hands-off. There was no housekeeping even after 4 nights. Our towels smelled like smoke. The property is not well maintained and quite messy, which is a shame as it has a lot of potential. There were two wine glasses and some espresso pods (not enough for a 4 night stay though), but no other utensils like cutlery or plates, which would have been useful for aperitivo or just a night in, considering how far this property is from everything.
