The villa has a surface of about 400 sq. M, and is composed of: a foyer, a large living area of 200 sq. Hinter der Villa liegt ein großer Pinienhain, und in einem Bereich, von den typischen Trockenmauern umgeben, inmitten von Palmen und Blumen, befindet sich das Schmuckstück des Anwesens: zwei großzügige Swimming Pools, die durch zwei Wasserläufe unter Glas mit zwei kleinen Wasserfällen miteinander verbunden sind . Auf der Sonnenterrasse stehen Liegestühle und Sonnenliegen bereit, und ein überdachter Bereich ist für Barbecues eingerichtet.
