The house is immersed within greenery, surrounded by olive groves and woods, lies only 20 km from the city of Lucca and the sea. The about 2’000 sqm sized property is completely fenced – it features also a built in earth swimming pool 12 x 6 m, depth: 1.50m.
At the guests’ disposal there are a completely fenced property and a swimming pool set in earth (12 x 6 m, depth: 1,50 m). The swimming pool area is sunny all day long and is equipped with deck chairs, beach umbrella and external shower.

The owners live in an apartment with completely independent entrance close to the farmhouse but located on a lower level.
