Beautiful Tuscan villa, built in stone and completely independent, in the past used as a hay-loft and set on top of a hill around Siena, just 4 km from the city centre.
From the electric entrance gate a driveway bordered by olive trees leads guests to the property.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept and enclosed garden (hedge), ensuring the utmost privacy and tranquility. Within the park there are olive and lemon trees, cypresses, terracotta pots with flowers and a lovely rose garden. From here you will admire a fantastic view: the Chianti hills on one side and the Val d'Orcia on the other.
In front of the property there is a large paved courtyard with old bricks and a gazebo with outdoor dining table for 10 people, barbecue and comfortable sun loungers.
The villa also has a delightful swimming pool (6 x 12 m), finished in precious mosaic, with Roman steps and wonderful views of the surrounding landscape.
At the back, there is a north-facing terrace with table and chairs where guests can relax while enjoying the breathtaking panorama.

The villa (270 sqm), spread over 3 floors, can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Lower Floor: This floor (accessed from both inside and outside) consists of the spa area, that is a large room (50 sqm), with sauna (for 3 people), Jacuzzi whirlpool bathtub (for 4/5 people), waterfall shower with multi-colored LED lights and comfortable seats.
Ground Floor: At the entrance there is a console from the 18th century and a travertine floor. The entrance leads to the living room furnished with a dining table for 10 people, comfortable sofas, TV and a small modern fireplace.
The living room is directly connected with the kitchen, separated by a large sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped (5 burners, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, table and professional ice maker).
Both the kitchen and the living room have some French windows that allow direct access to the outside. Moreover in the living room there is an internal staircase leading to the lower floor and the spa area
The corridor, to the left of the living room, leads to the sleeping area of the ground floor where there are three double bedrooms (2 bedrooms can be converted into twin beds), all equipped with ensuite bathroom (Shower, bidet, sink, wc).
First Floor:
You access the first floor through a wooden staircase placed next to the entrance. In this floor you will find a guest bathroom and two double bedrooms (1 bedroom can be converted into twin beds), both with ensuite bathroom and a large shower.
Included free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens and every bathroom has its own hairdryer.
