Built-in the early 1900s, Villa Sogno Bellagio preserves the beauty of a luxurious home intact in a fairytale place due to its proximity to Lake Como, and the green nature that makes its charm even more unique.

The property has managed to keep many architectural and decorative details of the past intact over time: the Lombard terracotta floors, the majolica, the fireplace with the benches. The structure is ideal to welcome families with children but also groups of friends, couples or singles, looking for a relaxing holiday.

The villa is spread over 400 square meters, distributed over three floors, it can accommodate up to 10 people and has five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as 4 parking spaces and a large garden. It's possible to add 2 baby cots.

The living room is furnished with the large sofas and is embellished with the collection of Tiffany lamps as well as a large bookcase. In the dining room, a comfortable wooden table can comfortably seat up to 10 people. The fireplace is wonderful along with the original floor from the early 1900s. The kitchen, on the other hand, is modern and equipped with a multi-family fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, slicer and coffee machine.

The five bedrooms are decorated with great care, each one different from the other: ranging from a pink room, inspired by ballerinas, to an old-style room, with original furniture with hand-carved wood engravings, to art deco rooms, with bamboo bed and attic, the latter with parquet flooring. Two attic rooms share a bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The view to the outside is wonderful, but also from the entrance to the villa which opens to the guests with a small portico and a beautiful open space. In the garden, there are also games for children, barbecue facilities, a furnished terrace.

Just ten minutes from Lake Como, Villa Sogno di Bellagio is only 3 kilometres from the ferry port. Also nearby there are the gardens of Villa Melzi. The Barzio – Bobbio cableway is 16 kilometers away, the Piani d’Ena gondola lift at 18 km, the Lugano airport at 27 km and that of Bergamo Orio al Serio at less than 50 km. The airport shuttle is also included.
