Positive: Mario, the owner is very friendly and willing to accomodate us. The tiny French sofa bed, supposed to accomodate 2 adults, was unacceptable to us and Mario supported us when we arranged for an extra airbed. A comlementary bottle of wine and olives was available, as well as some coffee. We liked the outside space where we could have breakfast. The curtains allowed us to shield us from the morning sun. There's airconditioning in the living room which is nice and quiet. The location is near the center in close proximity to a supermercato.

Negative: Where the 9+ rating comes from is beyond me. I had to deal with crying kids and upset wife after a tour of the appartment. Maybe we're just not the target audience. If you travel with kids, be aware there's no WiFi available. During our stay, there was a nasty sewer smell in the bathroom that would not go away. 2 of 3 doors are warped and cannot close properly. The appartment just has a dated feel to it. Also the building is very noisy, we could hear our neighbors talking and moving around clearly.
