Villetta Mary – Salento Reservation is a charming villa located on the basement level, ideal for multiple families or a group of friends wishing to stay together, offering a total of 20 beds. Situated just 150 meters from the sea in the marina of Torre Suda, an enchanting seaside resort on the Ionian Sea and a hamlet of the municipality of Racale, approximately 10 km from Gallipoli, the area is mainly characterized by flat, low, and easily accessible rocky coastline, where swimming is widely enjoyed.
The property consists of a complex of four apartments arranged as follows:
First unit : a fantastic four-room apartment featuring two spacious verandas, one at the front and one at the back, perfect for peaceful and relaxing moments. Inside, the accommodation offers a large, bright living room fully furnished, including a one-and-a-half-sized sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests, a kitchen equipped with a ceiling fan, and three spacious double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms also features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. Another bathroom, available to the whole apartment, is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.
Second unit : an initial veranda furnished with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. Inside, the apartment includes a comfortable living room furnished with sofas, a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for any kind of preparation. A hallway leads to two bedrooms: one double bedroom with an additional single bed and another double bedroom. The bathroom is complete and includes a bathtub. At the rear, there is a spacious veranda furnished with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying the delicious flavors this wonderful region has to offer in total tranquility.
Third unit : a fully furnished living room with a dining table and chairs and a kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking. There is one double bedroom and a complete bathroom with a shower. Outside, at the front, the apartment offers a large veranda—shared with the adjacent three-room apartment—furnished with a table, garden furniture, and a barbecue to enjoy relaxing moments and excellent outdoor meals.
Fourth unit : a spacious living room furnished with tables and chairs and a kitchenette equipped with all comforts needed for cooking delicious meals. In the same living area, there is also a double sofa bed. Guests also have at their disposal a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a complete bathroom with a shower. Outside, the structure features a front veranda shared with the adjacent studio apartment, ideal for relaxing moments and great outdoor meals.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, fans, and free on-street parking.
Torre Suda is a very quiet area, yet conveniently close to the lively towns of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli , where you can enjoy evening strolls along lively promenades filled with people and open venues.
