Villa Il Cedro located in Marciana Marina has been completely renovated a few years ago and is very spacious and bright. It is surrounded by a large garden planted with courtyard areas (completely fenced and with a total square of around 1000 square meters) that isolates it from the surrounding buildings thus allowing good privacy while being in the heart of the town of Marciana Marina. The outdoor area, equipped with night lighting, is divided into a courtyard with a gazebo equipped with chairs, benches, a table,and table football. It is also equipped with an area with external shower (cold water only), drinking fountain, barbecue grill and outdoor dining table for 8/10 people equipped with chairs and umbrella. Finally, there is also a table with chairs and a hammock in the center of the large garden located at the entrance to the villa.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, while all bathrooms are equipped with shower and bidet.
Marciana Marina is one of the jewels of Elba Island. In the summer months, it hosts many events in the main square and on the waterfront, where in the evening there are characteristic stalls of local crafts. Full of shops and excellent restaurants, it is equipped with all the necessary services. There are 3 splendid equipped beaches, one of which is sandy, one of gravel and one of stones, all within walking distance (the sandy one 2min, the other two 5min). The town can be reached by ferry or hydrofoil from Piombino / Livorno to Portoferraio and then by car or by the island's bus service from Portoferraio (20 / 30min), otherwise reachable by plane from Marina di Campo airport, 5 minutes away. 5km as the crow flies from Marciana Marina (15min by car). An excellent point also to visit the various other island locations such as the suggestive ancient medieval towns of Poggio and Marciana Alta, 10 minutes by car from the villa, reachable if desired by trekking or mountain biking.
The Villa has parking for three cars inside the gate, two of which are shaded.
