The bright, fresh, comfortable villa with well-distributed spaces is spread over two levels, ground floor and first floor, each with its own completely independent sleeping area. All rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning and mosquito nets.
In detail:
on the ground floor there is a welcoming and large living room with sofa / peninsula, TV corner and dining table, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave ...), an independent sleeping area consisting of hallway double bedroom + single bed, bathroom with shower ;
on the first floor we find another sleeping area with a large double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the sea, a bedroom with a bunk bed and an appurtenant balcony, a large bathroom with shower.
The two spacious shaded gardens available to the house, as well as having their own entrance, are furnished:
- on the front as a seating area for pleasant moments of relaxation;
- on the back as a living area for organizing pleasant dinners having a barbecue available, a large work/cooking surface, as well as a comfortable outdoor shower cubicle equipped with hot water.
Being an ideal structure for families, the conveniences and comfort of the little ones could not be missing, including: cot / cradle, high chair, changing table, table and games.
Furthermore, for short journeys or for pleasant walks, guests can take advantage of 6 bicycles at their complete disposal, two of which are equipped with a child seat.
From the location of the structure, numerous services and attractions are easily reachable to diversify the holiday.
