In the countryside of Cavaillon, about 3 km from the city center of Cavaillon, furnished three-star tourism (Gites de France) on the floor of our villa L'Oustaou des Girardes (ground floor occupied by the owners) equipped to accommodate up to 10 people plus two babies in a beautiful space of 140 m². The villa is on a plot of about 2500m ² fully fenced, part of which is reserved and arranged for the tranquility and privacy of the tenants of the apartment.
This apartment consists of:
- 1 living room of 39 m² with 5 seater leather lounge, coffee table and flat screen TV, a country table for 8/10 people and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, 5-burner piano stove and oven large capacity , microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and the necessary dishes for 10 people granted and all the equipment to cook pleasantly.
- 1 bedroom of 20 m² decorated child with 2 beds in 90 cm bunk, 1 loft bed 140 cm, 1 convertible 140 cm and 2 cot
- 1 bedroom of 14 m² romantic atmosphere with a bed 140 cm.
- 1 room of 13 m² African trend with a bed 140 cm
- 1 dressing room lingerie including a wardrobe and storage cabinet and a washing machine, a dryer, a table and an iron.
- 1 bathroom (hair dryer)

An outdoor relaxation / dining area with terrace, spa, pergola, landscaped and flowered garden not overlooked, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and an aromatic garden square with Provençal flavor (basil, rosemary, thyme, dill, parsley , chive.. )
Graciously, provision of books, board games, cots and baby chairs and the Wifi connection.
Our friends pets are accepted.
The bed linen is graciously set up.
Final cleaning rates: 50 €.
Beyond 6 people, a supplement will be asked:

A check of 400 € deposit (not cashed) will be requested on your arrival.
