Positive: From the start, we enjoyed the warm reception from Martina, as well as the rest of the staff. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and restful. The location of the hotel provides a great view for those who can appreciate the natural beauty of the surroundings. Our short visit to Hotel Villa Maria is quite memorable.

Negative: Perhaps provide a range of crackers or snacks, in addition to sweet biscuits, that cater for people who are monitoring their calorie intake, such as those with certain medical conditions, e.g. diabetics.
