L intero trullo, appena ristrutturato, si colloca all interno di un terreno di 4000 m2 interamente a disposizione degli ospiti, dove sono presenti alberi di ulivo secolari e alberi da frutto (caco, mandorlo, prugno, fico, pero) oltre che una serie di piante aromatiche. Il trullo presenta tre porte d'entrata, una in cucina, una nel cono centrale e una in una camera da letto all interno della quale è presente un caminetto. Entrambe le camere da letto sono dotate di bagno privato. La camera singola situata nel cono piccolo, comunica con la seconda camera da letto. Il salotto, situato nel cono centrale, è dotato di un secondo caminetto. La cucina è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: piastra a induzione, lavastoviglie, forno, lavatrice, macchina del caffè. All esterno del trullo, sul piazzale, un antico pilone una volta usato per fare il vino è stato trasformato in vasca con idromassaggio. Sono inoltre presenti un forno a legna e un aranceto da sfruttare come eventuale zona lavoro o relax esterna. NB: La vasca idromassaggio è lunga 4m x 2,5 m
La zona si presta a passeggiate a piedi e in bici. Ci sono vari percorsi interessanti tra le campagne che collegano i vari paesi.
