Please note that i provide a very simple self check-in; this means you can arrive at any time after the check-in time without making any appointment. you will receive a link for online check-in approximately 4 days before your arrival date, in-person check-in is possible at our office in desenzano del garda, by prior arrangement and in the 3/7pm time slot, i am available for emergencies 24 hours a day, but please respect the 8am/8pm time slot for non-urgent questions. we hosts also suffer the stress of being available all the time. thank you, check-out is allowed until 10:00 am due to the work schedule of our cleaning staff. late check-outs without prior arrangement with us will be charged, according to italian law, waste must be properly separated as explained in our house manual, and taken to the "door to door" collection system or taken to the collection center. we have no other choice to manage this. excess waste removal if not disposed of by the guest: 20 euros, cleaning costs include: sheets and 1 shower towel and 1 face towel for each paying guest, bath mat, final cleaning. we cannot provide tablecloths or kitchen towels for hygiene/organizational reasons. linen is intended for one week. sheets and towels will be replaced free of charge for longer stays. you will not have to clean the house, we only ask you to clear out the fridge and adequately clean dishes and pots out of respect for subsequent guests, my property is managed according to the law. this means: 1) additional guests cannot access other than those registered at check-in, 2) 100% self catering: this means that i cannot provide or leave any food or consumables in the house. no oil, salt, pepper, etc. please help me avoid problems and expensive fines. you may have found different behavior in other airbnbs, but that was perhaps a type of improperly managed accommodations (i mean, in italy).this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
