Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the villa is only 10 minutes from the center and enjoys a strategic location to reach both the beaches of Alghero and the main tourist attractions of northern Sardinia.

Villa Melisandre is particularly bright and airy thanks to its layout on a single level totally above ground.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
Of the 4 double bedrooms, two have French doors leading to large verandas for exclusive use furnished with sofas and armchairs and featuring views of the pool, garden and spectacular sunsets.
There are 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with showers.
The large open-plan living area is also lit by large French doors that allow views of the spectacular garden and pool and provide access to the larger veranda.
