Positive: We spent most of our time in the garden, this is the best part of the property. The house was clean when we arrived and the beach is 5 minute walk away.

Negative: Basic stuff like sponge, brush, wastebags, soap, dishsoap, dishwasher capsule weren't provided.

Summary: With some basics I woud rate this to 9
